Booking When you have found the apartment or house you would like to hire, send a request by email. As soon as we have checked the reservations on the house, we will get back to you with confirmation. (this is not a firm confirmation) Payment To confirm the booking, pay 50% of the rental fee as soon as possible. The other 50% will be paid at arrival when you get the key. IMPORTANT! Rental periods The minimum rental period is 7 days. (local differences can occur.) Transfer Transfer from the airport can be arranged against payment. Problem If you will get any problem during your stay, for instants if the washing machine or TV doesn’t work or if the house isn’t cleaned properly at your arrival, you will contact the local housing rental agency. Damage, on inventories or the house, caused by the lodger, shall be paid by the lodger upon departure. Cleaning Cleaning shall be performed by the tenant upon departure. In some cases cleaning of the houses or apartment can be arranged against payment. The costs vary from different houses. Advices and more information As sheets and towel are not included in most of the houses, make sure you bring your own! The houses have a wide variety of standard, in some houses the hot water is heated by the sun. Which means that the water will be colder during the night. English is not a widely spoken language in Brazil. You can get problem making yourself understood. Bring a Portuguese dictionary!
